When registering your clients in the system, the system can ask them: "How did you hear about us?"
This option needs to be turned on in the System/Settings section.
Initially, you must give your clients options to choose from.
You set the options in Administration in the Users/ References folder. Use the pencil to add a new entry for each choice. E.g. from friends, on Facebook,.....
When your users start filling in where they found out about you, a chart will start to form in the reference source module.
The graph can be in the form of bars or a curve, and it can also show a certain period. You can select this on the left side of the chart.
You can also view individual responses in the Users module.
If you enter users (clients) into the system as an administrator, you can fill out the question 'How did you hear about us?' for them.
