If you want to excuse a class or have a compensation class, you need to sign in and click Excuses and Compensations.
The schedule will open automatically. Select a semester and a student. If you only have 1 student, they will be selected automatically. Than, select a date and the location of the class
The classes found will be colour coded:
Fields with the system theme colour are your enrolled classes for the selected student.
White fields with a green stripe are classes that are not at full capacity, and you can choose to enroll to, or to have a compensation class there.
White fields with a red stripe are classes that are already at full capacity. You can choose to join a waiting list. A alarm clock will appear next to classes that have you on their waiting list.
If you wish to excuse a student from a enrolled class, click on it.
A window will appear, and here, you can choose to excuse a student. Select the Excuse box, and click Save changes.
If you want to register a student to a compensation class with free slots, click on the class and select the box Enroll using compensations. You will see how many compensation classes you have left in the same box. Press Save changes to complete the sign up process.
If you want to register a student to a compensation class that is already full, click on the class and select the box Enroll using compensations. You will see what position you are in the waiting list, as well as how many compensation classes you have left in the same box. Press Save changes to complete the sign up process.
