In the basic Webooker settings, only certain personal information is mandatory.
If you need to record more information, either with users or students, you can turn them on in the System - Setting - Setting.
Before the changes take effect, you need to Save them.
In each setting, 4 options are available.
1 - Not mandatory but visible
The field is visible to the client and they can fill it in, but it will not be mandatory.
2 - Mandatory
This field will be visible to the client and in the administration section. The client will see the field marked red and will not be able to continue without filling it in.
3 - Not visible
The field will not be shown to users, but you will see a field in their user account in the administration. You can fill in their details from the administration section if you wish.
4 - Not visible in administration
The field will not be visible to the user and will not be shown in their profile in the administration section. This is useful for reducing clutter in your administration section by eliminating empty information fields that you do not require.
It is possible to enable these fields:
User 1
Mandatory fields for account registration: name, surname, email, phone number.
Configurable fields: address, nationality, reference source, personal ID number, ID card number
User 2
useful as a second contact to the primary user
Configurable fields: name, surname, phone number, email, address, personal ID number, ID card number, nationality
Student
Their surname is a field which's options aren't configurable.
Configurable fields: name, birthday, personal ID number, address, gender, state of health, health insurance, allergies
