In the Due payments module, you will find a list of all students who have not yet paid for a course, kindergarten or event. 


You cannot edit, add new or delete due payments. You can send a reminder or pay the unpaid claim (it will disappear from the claims) 



Filtering:

You can filter the data in the top bar.

The Search box - allows you to search across the list of due payments. (e.g. by name or course title)

Magnifying glass icon - displays a filter line above each column. So it is possible to filter on specific columns. 


A magnifying glass icon above each column contains search formulas.


In the date field - select whether you want to display receivables in a semester or for a specific period. Then you set the semester or period. It is also possible to filter by invoicing data or overdue due payments.

In the lower window, the details of the currently selected claim are displayed.


In the bottom window, in the summary tab, you can see a graph that displays the data according to the filtered parameters.



send request for payment:

The system itself does not send request for payment. If you want to send a reminder to someone, click on the gear in front of the list and select "Send request for payment"


The system finds the e-mail address of the reminded person and sends an e-mail to it with request for payment and resends the documents for payment (FA).


Payment entry:

If you want to cancel the claim, since it has already been paid, click on the gear again and select "Create payment"


A window will open that is pre-filled for entering payment (according to the selected claim). You can adjust all values as needed.


When you click on the save box, the system will ask you if you want to send a notification to the client about receiving the payment.

If the payment will be in cash, the system will ask you if you want to print a receipt.


You will receive a completed receipt ready for printing. Just put "print"

The income document is 2x on A4, (document for the client, receipt for the organization). 


Turning off numbering or setting the number series of the income document can be set in the system / settings / accounting section.




Remove student from a course:

You click on the cogwheel to remove the student from the course. The system deletes the student from the course, deletes his registration, invoice and receivable.



Receivables export:

You can export the list of receivables to Excel in the lower left corner.
